How to setup the WP Fastest Cache settings with MaxCDN for optimal WordPress speed.
Install the plugin then leave everything checked except for:
-Logged-in users
-Mobile
-Browser caching
Then go to "delete cache" and click 'delete cache and minified CSS/JS.' Right click any page on your website and view page source, then search "WP Fastest Cache" to make sure the plugin is present. If you see WP Fastest Cache, it is.
