The Kettlebell Highlights Your Weak-Points The last couple of weeks I shared why, in my professional opinion, the Kettlebell Press is Superior to the Barbell Press and why as a whole the kettlebell is superior to every other strength training "tool" on the market. Today is a quick example of how the kettlebell highlights your weak-points, so you can fix them. This is something we call in our strength training system at Hardstyle "Built-In Safety Mechanisms" which are rooted in "Upstream Thinking." (Solving problems and improving performance before training even starts.) By the very nature of how the kettlebell loads your body... highlights your weak-points (or solidifies your strengths). ... and as a result... Prevents you from moving into positions which could lead to injury.
