I was watching a show on Netflix called "Itaewon Class" and saw them doing this exercise, so I decided to try it. What started as curiosity quickly turned into a daily ritual.
I began doing it first thing every morning to create a physical baseline for myself and it's been a total game changer. No matter where I am in the world, when I start my day with this Korean exercise, I feel grounded, energized, and mobile.
