I am heartened every time I get an email out of the blue, but I need committed, substantial help if this is going to go anywhere. To make this short, I'll just say that ANYONE who has emailed me (or who will email me) will get starred and archived so that at some point the new head of the project can get in touch with you. YOU WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN. That said, I need a new head of the project. Mostly to motivate and stay in contact with volunteers to keep things moving forward. I am now designating this project as "opt out" meaning either me or the new project head will continue to stay in contact until explicitly told not to. Nobody has, yet. I don't even need just one person to motivate everyone. You could sponsor a volunteer. All you need to do is make sure ONE volunteer sets goals each week/month and meets them. Be annoying, if necessary. No smash skill/interest required! This project feels like a haunted house where people sometimes wander in. I, the ghost, confront them with the enormity of the project, and they don't reply. I will stay with it if you all will. Don't be afraid to learn on the job. I did.
