Supertramp, like the Cars, bucked the current trends of their time, and also like the Cars, put out one killer single after another. Rather different musical vibe, though, and a unique one.
Update Sep. 8, 2025. I'm sad tonight to read of the passing of Rick Davies, the songwriter, keyboardist and singer who was the co-founder of Supertramp along with the wonderful Roger Hodgson,who wrote and sang this one.
