Use the mesentery to alert you to small bowel abnormalities
Abnormalities in the mesentery often point to, or radiated from the nidus of pathology: Adhesion, Twist, Tumor, Inflamed bowel loops
Increasing mesenteric stranding and interloop fluid indicate increasing severity of the pathology
