The Moor interview

Interview with Vancouver, British Columbia’s peace punk band The Moor. Initially, we discuss their perspective around punk and peace punk. Then we delve into a light history about their music releases and the style they adapted. I ask why punks cannot make a living from what they love to do and have so much passion for. We take a look into the band member’s personal lives, including what they do for work, and then what they do recreationally. Afterwards, we explore how the older generation of punk rockers in their community support the new generation (i.e., how bands were able to put on gigs back in the day with the aid of elder punk rockers). We look at who their favorite bands were in the 80’s, and then what makes a good show. Lastly, we discuss what inspires the band, and then what hopes are had and changes that are desired to be seen in the future of punk rock.
