The Perfect π Fall π Date Night Cardigan | Step-by-Step Tutorial
This video is an easy to follow tutorial on how to crochet this beautiful cardigan. This project is appropriate for crocheters who are already familiar with the following stitches: foundation double crochet, single crochet, double crochet, and extended single crochet. The main body of the cardigan (front panel-back panel-front panel) is worked in one piece flat, and the sleeves are worked in the round, using the same 2-row repeat block stitch pattern. I used 4.5 skeins of Michael's Loops & Threads "Impeccable" Claret/Bordeaux yarn (https://www.michaels.com/product/impeccable-solid-yarn-by-loops-threads-M10108918) and a 6mm Furls hook (https://furlscrochet.com/products/onyx-streamline-metal-crochet-hooks). Other materials used for this project include measuring tape, scissors, darning needle and stitch markers. This cardigan was made-to-measure, but for details on measurements for each of the different panels, see below: - Cardigan Length: From shoulder to lower thigh - Back Panel Width: Shoulder to shoulder + 4 inches of ease - Front Panel Width: (Back panel divided by 2) minus 3 inches - Sleeves Length: Shoulder to wrist - Sleeves Circumference: Biceps 0:00 Intro 1:50 1st Front Panel 8:30 Back Panel 14:00 2nd Front Panel 17:40 Bottom Ribbing 24:35 Join Front Panels with Back Panel 26:35 Sleeves 33:33 Border Additional tutorials mentioned in this video include: Foundation Double Crochet: https://youtube.com/shorts/jQpS-RZrY6I?feature=share Front Post & Back Post Double Crochet: https://youtu.be/i9lsnRVEvmI #crochet #crocheting #crochettutorial #crochetcardigan #crochetpattern
