The Prisoner Theme (Orchestral Version)

Again, a project that's actually over 8 years old. Admittedly sounding a bit ... 90s-ish, I like my version of Ron Grainer's epic and iconic theme. So ... there you go. As always, my wife provided the necessary backdrop to enjoy the track ... brilliantly cutting the whole opening sequence to fit my disorganized drivel. What's left to say? I imaginged a modern approach to the show and thought of a kind of retro/classical version of the theme ... minus 90% the bongos. Not that I have anything against bongos. Sort of Hans Zimmer meeting Ron Grainer. (See kids, that is called "bragging".) Also, thanks to Larry Hall, who gave me the inspiration for the very different beginning of the piece. Anyhoooo ... the music was performed by myself, titles and editing were done by my beautiful wife Doro. Hope you enjoy it! The theme itself and the clips (taken from the opening and a preview trailer) are of course copyrighted by ITC Entertainment Group (and persumably others). This is simply a non profit video from a fan.
