The Right TMCC Pattern EXPLAINED
The Right TMCC pattern is identified by the Postural Restoration Institute as a chain of muscles on the right side of the head and neck that hold our torso shifted over to our right side. It is one of the three basic patterns, at the pelvis, thorax, and head, created via human right dominance based off of our inherent asymmetrical design. When the right TMCC pattern is overactive, it can cause neck and jaw pain and autonomic nervous system dysfunction as it results in forward head posture and non-diaphgragmatic breathing. https://pritrainer.com/in-person-training/ https://pritrainer.com/in-person-training/ 0:00 What is the Right TMCC pattern 1:02 Influence on right shoulder pain and movement 3:10 How the right TMCC can lead to forward head posture 5:17 How the right TMCC leads to neck breathing 7:23 Forward head posture, neck breathing, and compromised airways 8:30 Forward head posture and thoracic outlet syndrome 8:56 How the right TMCC can lead to cranial nerve dysunction
