The Sidecar

Lyric video/visualiser for The Sidecar, from the 2025 album Quarter To Sunrise. The original demo was called 'No Sense', and the lyrics nod to that sentiment. It's a vague missive towards the power-hungry types that have populated my world throughout the years, be that politicians we've had to endure, or music industry figures that have crossed my path. The bewildering array of vocal styles is a little insight into the way I initially demo song ideas. I usually replace the oddities with 'normal' vocals, but decided to leave them to signify different characters. Song written, performed and recorded by Jason Allen.
