"The Take Down" which is the second piece of "Big Orange" won the International CINE Golden Eagle award in 2008 for its depiction of the better way to manage a violent, psychotic patient. In this video the health care providers place the patient into a safe room, monitor him, attempt de-escalation, and when that fails, distribute assignments, employ a "show of force", and execute a careful, compassionate take down. Afterwards, they briefly "huddle" to review and learn from the event.
