The third wheel by Altiel

Story summary: Castiel loves Dean. But it looks like Sam is the only person Dean cares for. Castiel feels quite jealousy about it. He never dropped up attracting Dean, hoping one day he can replace Sam in Dean’s heart. But Castiel never found that Sam is the only person who loves and cares about him, not mentioning Sam saved him many times. In the end, Sam was badly injured, and Dean requested Castiel to save Sam. Castiel did that, because he loves Dean so much. Sam was saved, instead, Castiel got mad. And then, after Sam found it was Dean asked Castiel to save him and Castiel would never be cured; he started a quarrel fight with Dean. Dean finally realized who the person Sam truly loves is.
