The TRUTH about yourself

Who are you really? The purpose of this video is to help you find out nothing less than the TRUTH about yourself. I do not want to engage in hyper-philosophical discussions about what the TRUTH is in this video, but it is clear that your view and the view of others about yourself often do not match each other. Some people may admire you for strengths that have become so common to yourselves that you have forgotten about them. Worse though are so-called “blind spots”, where certain personality traits or shortcomings currently hidden to yourself stop you from progressing in your private and professional life. McKinsey, my former employer, introduced me to a really smart strategy to reduce this mis-match by a tool called the “360° Survey”.
