Reality is a fabric held together by time and space. Chewing at the fabric are massive beasts called Burrowers, and in their wake lies a universe outside of time and space.
It so happens, Burrowers are not immune to death, and one fell ill as it scraped against Earth’s reality. Its body giving life to a lifeless region. From its corpse rose a Titan. Then three more crawled into view from outer reaches, each one a child of a different Burrower, and shaped the surroundings to their liking. A world was born.
The claw marks from the Burrower had done its damage. Monstrosities and curses weaseled their way through the tears. Fortunately, the Titans are too powerful to follow suit.
Welcome, friends and enemies, to The Rift and a punctured Earth.
