The changes to Psylocke felt like a mistake but with the changes to Rocket it feels intentional to keep forcing power into ultimates rather than the neutral. It took a bit to adjust to Psylocke but she's still fun to play albeit much harder in certain matchups. Rocket on the other hand just feels awful. It's not that he's unplayable, he's just not fun. I really hope that netease does more to make the game about outplaying your opponents vs who farms and uses ults better because the neutral is really fun. I love the feeling of outplaying my opponent. Easy ultimates are not as enjoyable. Even winning is sometimes not fun when you ruin the game feel of the heroes you play.
