THHN cable extrusion line

What is the THHN cable consist of and how does THHN cable be made up? THHN cable is widely used for building and construction where required of both fire-resistant and water-resistant,being that the insulation layer usually using PVC or XLPE and jacket layer by using Nylon(Polyamide). Normally it should be using the Tandem extrusion line such us 80+50,70+50 etc or Co-extrusion line (not available for insulation layer with printing marks) to get the qualified products. Here in this video, we are using the same 80mm single screw extrusion line,firstly to make the PVC insulated electrical cable,then using the PVC insulated cable as core products to extruding again the Polyamide as jacketing for THHN cable. This processing is happened when you are shortage of co-extrusion or Tandem equipment, giving an idea for cable manufacturing customer as optional choice.
