Things about COPPA

ok so apparently there's this thing called coppa and its to protect children's privacy. So any children related content will be affected, which means gachatubers might be affected too. Anyone who makes this type of content will not earn any money, so if any gachatubers make money off youtube, they won't anymore.(i personally don't but this is for others who do) If gacha is considered "kid content" and we put it as "non-kid content" some measures might be taken towards your channel or video, cause we have failed to put the correct content of our videos. Also, if we do set if as "kid content", we won't have comments, notifications etc. anymore. Honestly, I can understand why they would want to implement this, but its going to affect a lot of people in negetive way(like artists, people who do animation, gachatubers, people who do toy review and so on) I know people have shared this video to spread awareness but um, there's not much explaination so i kinda provided one.
