At the same time, I’ve been reading Getting Things Done by David Allen, and I was shocked to see that as far as I can tell, Allen makes no mention of this trick. I gather that he was either not aware of it, or it didn’t yet exist. Either way, piecing this trick together with Allen’s productivity philosophy and methodology has quickly improved the “clean & organized” feeling of my Notion system as well as improved my focus and productivity.
