Fennig Equipment L.L.C. 841 OH-29 Celina, OH 45822 (419) 953-8500 Fennigequipment.com Just another day in the shop… except this Hagie wouldn’t shift the way it should. This self propelled Hagie sprayer came in with hydrostatic drive issues and inconsistent road gear performance. Hydraulic pressures weren’t lining up, and something in the system clearly wasn’t right. Adam walks through the diagnostic process step by step, breaking down how the Hagie hydrostatic transmission works and what happens when shifting doesn’t cooperate. While that’s happening, Travis digs into the machine, swapping and replacing the suspect solenoids to isolate the issue. We also tear into worn boom bushings that needed attention while it was in the shop. Inside this one: • Hagie hydrostatic drive troubleshooting • Solenoid testing and replacement • Monitoring hydraulic pressure during shifting • Boom bushing removal and replacement • Real world ag equipment diagnostics No overcomplicating it. No guessing. Just working through the problem until it makes sense. If you run Hagie sprayers and have dealt with shifting problems, hydrostatic drive hesitation, or abnormal hydraulic pressure behavior, this is what a real shop diagnosis looks like. Spring is coming, and the shop is moving.
