This video explains what the E1 error code means, and how to fix it. E1 is a water inlet code error, which means there is low water pressure.
A common side-effect of this error is that water pools up at the bottom of the dishwasher and doesn't get fully drained.

Brand: Thor
Model: CRW2405SS
Warranty: Thor dishwashers come with 2 year and labour warranty. If you bought your dishwasher within that time, you should be able to get it covered by warranty.
Note that this warranty is for Canada. Also, my dishwasher was 5-years old at this point, so it wasn't under warrant anymore.
