Running a roaster is quite a bit more complex than you'd think. I put in many many hours and yield little results. At least in the short term. I need to land many more clients, but this city is quite tough to break into and I am not extremely well recognized. Not for roasting, I'm fairly well known for the cafe, but not the roastery.
