Once discovered artwork of Petros Vrellis ( https://www.saatchiart.com/account/artworks ), I wanted to create a piece myself. Building it by hand was not an option because it requires so much patience I do not have. I’ve created the algorithms to convert the image in threading pattern and built the machine to manufacture the portrait.
