Throwing Stations for Accuracy

This video describes throwing stations that I used with my students to improve accuracy. My students are in high school and most of them have pretty good form, but I noticed while playing Tchoukball that they couldn't hit the rebounder very well. At Mr. Physical Education I provide high quality content that teachers can learn from. Some of the videos are theory based to teach the teachers.
