He was a supporter of my music, but unlike most he wouldn't just always agree with anything I say and be a yes man, he wasn't afraid to challenge me on topics I spoke about with anger, he knew Deep down I was troubled and didn't hesitate to ever pull me up and question my way of thinking and the path I was taking, he always tried to reach out to me and help me whenever he felt I was going through some shit. I used to see him everyday on the way to work, I'd stop into shell servo to get a red bull where he worked. One day he wasn't there. I was later to find that he had loss the struggle with his own mental health and taken his life I felt and still feel terrible that I couldn't have reached out and help him like he helped me, so I guess this song is my chance to Do right and try help others like he helped me. I won't forget him. I hope this track helps others out there realize that there's many of us out there going through the same thing, your never alone. Peace n Love.
