He appears to be wearing a tie, but it is actually a 'tie protector' - a paper napkin or serviette that has a tie printed on it! So you can still be smart, wearing a tie, but the tie protector will make sure you don't get food on your real tie. Just the job for eating Spaghetti Bolognese maybe?
Another item with a 'keeping things clean' vibe are Tim's Coaster Rugs, from a company called https://www.mouserug.com/ These look like miniature rugs from the Far East, but in fact are table coasters to pop your mug on, and protect the table.
A 'Three Card Burr' - three playing cards that have been cut and slotted together in the x, y and z axes. Additionally, the burr (as these are known) it fitted into a specially cut square of Perspex, which makes a nice base.
A strange twirly toy. A bit like a yo-yo, but it stretches and spins. Unusual.
