Timber problems, ground levels, injection - this says it all!

Probably one of the best examples showing all sorts of things. Why beetle have affected one side of the timber floor, why the floor is wet and rotting, how ground levels affect the house, what councils get up to, what faulty rainwater drainage does - this one has the lot! As always, the solution is to dry it out - drop ground levels, ventilate, fix drainage - and NOT to damp proof - that already happened and just made it worse.
