Timber’s Arrival

Today is the day that we officially welcome Timber to the farm! But only after we finish roofing her run-in, hang a gate, along with a few other finishing touches. It was a lot of work but thank goodness for teamwork! After a busy morning working on the final preparations, it was time for Timber to make the move. After a short trailer ride, she unloaded quietly and calmly took in her surroundings. No sooner had she entered her new field than she immediately began to graze. The minis were of course very eager to meet her, but she was so happy eating that she hardly even noticed them. Eventually, she does say hello and is comforted by their neighboring presence. Today was a huge success, and to see Timber and Ella so happy and to know that all their collective needs are being met, is heartwarming for sure❤️
