An update on our little Timothea, the fox that broke her leg in the slots of Adirondack chair when she was just 5 weeks old.
She is doing great but her leg bones have not healed very well. We had hoped for better mobility before winter, but unfortunately with her tendons permanently damaged, she needs a 3rd and final surgery to remove the steel plate holding it all together. That means amputation. But the good news is that she will be able to run carefree in a huge outdoor enclosure with other non-releasable foxes.
We may not have saved her leg but we saved her life! Please help us fund this last leg of her journey by donating towards her surgery. See her story here http://www.gofundme.com/Timbit
