KB training will help you craft a lean and athletic physique and you can basically replace the gym with just a few bells.
This EMOM-style (Every Minute On the Minute) workout will get you strong & mobile in LESS TIME.
Four movements in the cycle. Hit one set on the minute and rest for the remaining time - go on to the next movement in the series.
Repeat for time (8-30 minutes total)
-Switch Swings & Figure 8s: 8-10 reps each
-Switch Cleans: 10-14 reps
-Thrusters: 3-7 reps per side
-Windmills: 3-5 reps per side
*Recommended weight for beginners: 12-16 kg
*Reps should be adjusted to match your current level.
