Timecode Part3: Reaper CSV file into Timecode

In this tutorial i'll demonstrate how to make markers in Reaper and then import them into MagicQ as cues for Cue Stack with correct timecode. That simplifies the creation of the timecode and allows more precise timecoded cues created easily.
