It grew crazy quick, approximately four days from the appearance of sprouts.
Details: A plastic tub under a 15w aquarium fish/plant light during the day, and various types of other softer lights through the night (trial and error).
With hydroponic growing media and a standard nutrient solution.
I 'filmed' it with a Logitech webcam taking a photo every minute then compiled the images into an animation with JPG Video.
