Timing belt jointing machine

If you want to start the PU open endless timing belt business, normally customer will start with TBA250, this type only possible to weld timing belts which pitch length less than 14mm, means not including T20/AT20/14M/XH, you know, most of the customers will start without these several types. The main reason to choose TBA250 is, the belt welding range is length equal or more than 650mm, width is 5 to 150mm (mould you can choose for less than 110mm or 150mm). Because of the design of welding, finger cutting length for the belt is from 120 to 140mm approximate. Our design of finger cutting length for the pitch length more than 14mm, TBA350 will be 200 to 240mm(Minimun length of belt is 1300mm), TBA300 will be 180mm (minimun length of belt is 1000mm). Please note that length of finger is very important to the strength of welding belt, and length from 650 to 1000mm is big range. So, we can say, TBA300 is a combine design of TBA350 & TBA250. Normally if customer only give the small budget for the machine, we will suggest them to choose TBA300, if customer want to develope this business big, we will suggest them to start with TBA250, then next to TBA350 & TB100.
