Timing belt is a positive drive used in various CNC and other machines to transmit power from driving shaft to driven shaft. In machines where the gap between driving shaft and driven shaft is more there, we cannot use gear mechanism and the timing belt option is best at that. In timing belt different dimensions are important like length of the belt, width, Pitch of the belt, material & profile of the belt. These things decided that the belt is right or wrong. If any one of these things will change can impact on the performance of belt.
