!!TRIGGER WARNING FOR INTENDED SUICIDE, SELF HARM, SELF DEPRECIATION!! if you know you are going through rough changes so much you can't keep up with it, please seek help. no one will help if you don't help yourselves. This is my group's video project for our Health and Arts subjects at school, showcasing WHO's Mental Health Action Plan Tinig means "voice" in Tagalog. In case you're confused with the story, Jaylou is a student with severe anxiety disorder, which in turn, brought him to shut himself from the world. We see him struggle during an average day. But in the end, we learn that he's actually trying to better himself by getting the help he needs, that is now easier to access because of the Mental Health Action Plan. The sounds you hear is what gives me anxiety, so you can tell I had a pretty rough time making this, it's quite half assed because I wanted it to be over so I didn't have to listen to those god awful noises.
