Deliciousness in one warm, crispy, tiny pocket. Ingredients: 1 teaspoon oil 1 teaspoon chopped onion 1/2 teaspoon chopped pepper 2 teaspoon ground beef 1/8 teaspoon cumin 1/8 teaspoon coriander 1/8 teaspoon chili powder Pre-made pie dough Salt Oil, for frying Steps: In a skillet, heat oil; add onion, pepper and ground beef. Cook for one minute, then add spices and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes. Roll out pie dough and cut out a one-inch circle. Place 1/2 teaspoon of mixture into the center of the circle, then fold over and crimp the edges. Heat oil in pot and fry empanada until golden brown.
