Tiny Red Dot Song

This is a little song-cum-animation that"complains" about the Tiny Red Dot that we live on. To us Singaporeans, this Tiny Red Dot is like how a mother appears to be in the eye of her child. At different stages of our life, we might develop very different attitudes towards her. When we are little, we are pure and happy. We rarely leave her side and she brings happiness to us every day. We feel safe and loved in her embrace. When we grow older, however, we began to see flaws in her. Many of these "flaws" are actually the result of her trying to make us a better person. But at that point of time, we only see them as her imperfection. We complain about her "flaws", sometimes saying things about her that could break her heart. But when we grow even older, as we mature with time and see how the wider world is like, we began to realize how fortunate we actually are. Dear Motherland, I might have taken many of your blessings on me for granted in the past, but now as we draw ever closer to your 50th birthday, I just want to let the world know how much I appreciate everything you have given me.
