NOTE : this video is about a fairly aggressive polishing process to remove badly water marked trim from a 1960s classic car. If you plan to polish chrome that is fairly new or in reasonably good condition this may be too aggressive. For a regular polishing of chrome that is in good condition us a chrome polish and start by hand before using any powered polishing attachments
