I'll be so real, I made this weeks ago and kept forgetting to post it. Like it got done last month ahsghjdhf, I'm tired of being inactive so you guys can have a Sunday upload for once. I will say I had a lot of fun with this part and am looking forward to when I get to work on the second part I took!
I think this is Misty's animation debut! She's the youngest of all the city leaders and deals with tons of expectations as a result. She has a lot of pent up anger and general emotional issues that she can't express publicly.
