Top View, Command Bar's and LINQ Data Manipulation using UWP

Video was recorded live. In this video, we recreate the Navigation View from the last UWP lesson video and convert it to a top bar navigation view. We also add command buttons using the CommandBar tag (add update and delete) so that we may take a dynamic list of data and manipulate it using LINQ queries. We also explore ComboBox's and the DatePicker for data manipulation
