Torgo from Manos: Hands of Fate and his haunting theme.
Torgo Fans Update: 6th March 2012 - Good News. After nothing seemed to be happening with my YouTube dispute I contacted the German music licensing company who filed the 'matched third-party content' copyright infringement claim against this clip (?) directly and they have now recogised their error and withdrawn the case. Still a complete mystery why it ever happened in the first place. Perhaps one of their 'artists' sampled Torgo's Theme in a tune and said it was all their own work?
