Let's go through adjusting gibs, tram, ball screw preload and more!
Our PCNC 1100 is about five years old and, frankly, we should spend more time on maintenance - especially having moved it twice! In the end, all it took was some minor gib and ball screw pre-load adjustment and we are back to some *AWESOME* machining!
