Toro Tutorials: Front Flip Tutorial- Parkour and Freerunning

Here's a frontflip tutorial for anyone that needs some tips/help on the gather step front (technique that I teach in the tutorial). I recommend that if you plan on following my tutorial, you use a mattress or some kind of soft surface you're not afraid of landing on your back on because majority of the tutorial requires you to land on your back.
