Toronto is located in Jefferson County, Ohio. Toronto sets along the Ohio River; the area served as a steamboat landing and supplier for the surrounding region. Later the arrival of the railroad and name change to Toronto in 1881. The area was first settled in the early 1800's and was known as Newburg's Landing. Toronto is a quaint little town it may be small in size, but charming and historic. The Baby-Boyz BBQ restaurant has great food. A local had told me that Paul's Pizza was very good too and they were right.
