TORQUE LIMITER

-CLUTCH TORQUE LIMITER TYPE -- LF -CLUTCH TORQUE LIMITER WITH SLIPPING INDICATOR TYPE-LF SL -CLUTCH TORQUE LIMITER WITH COUPLING TYPE-LFG Torque limiters are reliable security devices of high quality. They are used to protect drive parts from overload which can damage the transmission gears. Usually they transmit the right coupling and slip when they are overloaded. The right adjustment of the coupling is reached screwing the threaded adjusting ring. If the coupling exceeds the established limit the drive is automatically disconnected. The type LF-LFG-LFSL are produced with a friction material without amiantus and they receive the thrust from springs which are adjusted by a threaded ring that is able to set the loads. The type LFG has a coaxial coupling that has the same functioning of the friction materials. The type LF SL has the same friction functioning of the previous types but in addition it has a slipping indicator which signals when the coupling goes over the fixed limit. We have also the type LFG SL. -TORQUE LIMITER WITH SYNCHRONOUS COUPLING TYPE-GS The type GS has various balls and a spring pile where the spring are put following a regressive method so when the established coupling is exceeded the friction is reduced to minimum values. If during the functioning there is a jamming of the system, the external body is released with a linear shifting so that you can use an external switch that indicates the emergency and coupling goes back automatically within the first 360° of rotation.
