First, it's important that I say THANK YOU to Stephen King, Paul Johnson, Todd Kurowsky, & Alexandra Harrison for supporting this channel since my last video. Seriously, this in incredibly generous of you and I hope you all know how much I appreciate it. Things have been getting crazy in Taiwan, lately, but they are getting better! The government had implemented water rationing due to a record nationwide drought - but since my last video it has been raining every day! So, we are finally getting the water we have been needing. We had a serious power shortage and hour-by-hour shut-offs were implemented in an attempt to ration what was still available - but power seems to be back to normal! We are on lockdown, but that's okay. Life is great and things have been especially good, lately. Let's get to it. Currently, I am in a "heavy" phase of my training. I am using heavier weight, lower reps, and taking longer rest periods between sets. Since I am now doing all of this same training at home on my Total Gym, it occurred to me that seeing how I approach this type of training with only a Total Gym may be useful to some of you.
