I had previously been asked to do a full length, full body workout that viewers could follow along with. I did that and called the video "FOLLOW ME". However, I was recently speaking to a friend of mine named Marilyn and she suggested that I should do a more "workout class" type of video. One where I slow it down, explain what I am doing and why, count out the reps, give little tips along the way, etc. This was a totally new experience for me. I am typically either training people, or I am working out. I have never tried to "talk" and "explain things" DURING one of my workouts. So, though my rest periods ended up being a little longer than I typically prefer, and I stumbled over my words here and there, HERE IT IS! This is an Intermediate level "Pull" workout. It is not "advanced" or "expert" level, but it is definitely a step above a simple "beginner" routine.
