As going everybody in today's video we're going to go over the map section, and we're going to go over the impound section. We'll show you all the functions the map does and how to best utilize it so that your dispatcher is optimizing your calls. We'll also show you in the impound section how to create a new inbound and manage those and some of the functions that are available there. Now the qualifier is I do not tow so I'm not as familiar with the impound section as somebody who does tow might be.
