Tracing in Silhouette Studio v4.1.441. There is no "one-size-fits-all" tutorial for tracing, so here's just one example where I used the "Trace and Detach" option, which happens to work well for these designs. In hindsight, I probably would have either deleted the extra bubbles or used a larger offset in order to keep the bubbles attached to the main design. Tracing all depends on the colors and contrast of the design itself and in what application you intend to use it.
P.S. I don't encourage using artists' work for objects you intend to sell unless you've obtained permission from the artist. I use tracing for personal use.
