Track Saw DIY

DIY Track Saw using 25mm (1 inch) square aluminium tube and plastic corner fittings. The base panel is Aluminium Composite Panel. I purchased all the components from my local Aluminium supplier but you can get all the components from big-box hardware stores. I have seen the system advertised as "Q-Block" Amazon link: https://goo.gl/Uijh4J The aluminium composite panel is available from aluminium suppliers and a lot of hardware stores. You can also find it on ebay and amazon, link here: https://goo.gl/a2LUbp but the cheapest and easiest way is to get an offcut from your local sign shop. It comes under a huge array of brand names but is generally referred to as aluminium composite panel. The double sided tape I use is a hi-bond tape from an automotive supplies store and is generally used to apply protector strips to vehicles. If you have any other questions, leave a comment below.
